Purpose Investments Adds Microsoft and NVIDIA to Yield Shares ETFs Suite

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cboe Canada Inc. (“Cboe Canada”) is excited to welcome Purpose Investments for the launch of two additional yield-focused single stock ETFs aiming to provide enhanced monthly income and exposure to some of the biggest US public companies. The two funds launching today are now trading under the following names and symbols:

  • Microsoft (MSFT) Yield Shares Purpose ETF – MSFY
  • NVIDIA (NVDA) Yield Shares Purpose ETF – YNVD

The Purpose Yield Shares ETFs are designed to offer long-term exposure to some of the largest companies in the US while providing increased monthly income through covered call strategies and moderate leverage. The ETFs also minimize foreign exchange risk by hedging all US exposure back to the Canadian dollar.

“We’re in the midst of the next technological revolution with AI, and NVIDIA and Microsoft are at the forefront of this movement,” says Vlad Tasevski, Head of Asset Management. “With their additions to the Yield Shares lineup, we’re thrilled to offer Canadian investors an additional way to gain complementary exposure to leading technology names while enhancing monthly distributions.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Purpose back to Cboe Canada as they continue to leverage their expertise and ingenuity to meet investor demand. The latest additions to the Yield Shares lineup offer investors a way to increase monthly income while investing in two of the biggest names in the tech sector,” commented Erik Sloane, Chief Revenue Officer of Cboe Canada. “As an advocate for progress and a driver of competition in the Canadian ETF industry, Cboe Canada is proud to be the exclusive listing venue of all Yield Shares ETFs by Purpose.”

MSFY and YNVD are now trading alongside 12 Purpose ETFs already listed on Cboe Canada. Investors can trade units of all Purpose ETFs through their usual investment channels, including discount brokerage platforms and full-service dealers.
