Since Wednesday, two new exchange traded funds issued by VanEck have been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.
The VanEck Space Innovators UCITS ETF offers investors the opportunity to invest in companies that generate at least 50 per cent of their revenues from businesses that include products and services in the fields of space exploration, rockets and propulsion systems, satellite equipment and communication solutions. The fund excludes investments in companies that commit serious violations of social norms or generate revenues from civilian firearms, tobacco, and energy production.
The Vanek Sustainable Future of Food UCITS ETF invests in companies that generate at least half of their revenue from plant-based or cultivated meat, protein, or dairy alternatives, vertical or urban agriculture, precision agriculture, food flavourings and functional ingredients, and organic or health food. In addition, only companies that have a positive impact on the environment are considered.
