New ETFs from Vanguard on Xetra: Access to UK companies, global corporate bonds, UK and US government bonds

Since Thursday, six new exchange traded funds from Vanguard are tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.

The Vanguard FTSE 100 UCITS ETF and the FTSE 250 UCITS ETF give investors access to companies domiciled in the United Kingdom. The first ETF invests in the 100 largest companies by market capitalisation and the second in the next 250 medium-sized companies.

In addition to the two equity ETFs, Vanguard is expanding its product range with four more fixed income ETFs. The Vanguard USD Corporate 1-3 Year Bond UCITS ETF is a portfolio of fixed-income and US dollar-denominated corporate bonds from developed and emerging markets. The bonds have a residual maturity of between one and three years and are predominantly investment grade.

In addition, the Vanguard U.K. Gilt UCITS ETF gives investors access to sterling-denominated UK government bonds and the Vanguard USD Treasury Bond UCITS ETF gives investors access to US government bonds. The range is rounded off with the Vanguard U.S. Treasury 0-1 Year Bond UCITS ETF, which focuses on US government bonds with a remaining maturity of less than one year.

The two equity ETFs and the four fixed income ETFs are each an accumulating share class.
