Since Thursday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by iShares is tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.
The iShares STOXX Europe 600 Automobiles & Parts UCITS ETF (DE) EUR (Acc) gives investors access to a stock portfolio of European automotive and supplier companies. The STOXX Europe 600 Index serves as a reference index.
This reference index currently includes 15 companies from Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Sweden and the United Kingdom. They are weighted according to their market capitalisation. The four biggest positions are Mercedes-Benz Group, BMW, Stellantis, Ferrari and Volkswagen.
This is an accumulating asset class, which means that revenues are being reinvested.
