New commodity ETF from L&G on Xetra: Exposure to a basket of commodities relevant to the energy transition

Since Wednesday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Legal & General Investment Management has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The L&G Energy Transition Commodities UCITS ETF provides investors with access to the performance of futures contracts on individual commodities used in the energy transition. The focus is on transition metals, energy, and CO2 certificates. These include futures contracts on individual industrial and precious metals used in the production of lithium-ion batteries, solar panels and wind turbines, for example. Energy commodities include futures contracts on natural gas, ethanol and uranium, which are low-carbon energy sources.
