New Active ETF from J.P. Morgan on Xetra: Global Corporate Bonds Considering ESG Factors with Currency Hedge

A new Active Exchange Traded Fund from J.P. Morgan has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Tuesday.

The JPM USD Corporate Bond Research Enhanced Index UCITS ETF – EUR Hedged (acc) tracks an active investment strategy that focuses primarily on fixed-rated and U.S. dollar-denominated corporate bonds with investment-grade status. Investors use the active bond ETF to invest in debt instruments from both the U.S. and emerging markets. However, the majority of the fund’s assets are invested in securities issued by companies that are domiciled in the U.S. or conduct the majority of their business activities there.

When selecting companies, financially material environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) factors are considered.

Currency risks against the euro are minimized in this share class. Any accruing coupon payments are reinvested.
